during our regular Drop-in Programs
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Saturdays
10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Families can become members of the Toy Lending Library (a $10 refundable security deposit is requested) Over 500 toys are available for families to borrow. Families chose 2 toys per child with a maximum of 4 toys per family to enjoy at home for a two-week period.

Toys are developmentally appropriate for ages birth to 6 years of age.

Why Join a Toy Library?

• Members of the toy library have fun choosing toys to take out for their children
• Toys out of production or vintage toys not in stores can be borrowed
• It lets parents test a toy out before buying it
• Parents learn what toys interest their children
• Children have a variety of toys as their interests and skill levels change

• Parents can learn what kind of toys interest their children

• Parents may ask a qualified toy librarian for advice on choosing toys that match their child's developmental level
• The toy library members can learn what programs are available for their toddlers and preschoolers

The toy library promotes literacy through the lending of toddler and preschool literacy kits and the lending of dual language literacy kits.
