Young Mom's Group
This group welcomes mothers aged 21 or younger who are parenting young children. The group meets weekly to share joys and challenges of raising children, child development information and effective parenting strategies. During the second hour of the meeting a light supper is enjoyed together.

Arabic Women's Parenting Group (facilitated in Arabic)
This group is facilitated weekly for women whose first language is Arabic. Parenting and child development are discussed in a supportive environment. Childcare is available for group members.

Reaching Out Together
A support group for single and isolated mothers in the community. The group meets weekly on Thursday evenings to discuss issues of interest. Speakers from the community are regular guests.Childcare is available for group members.

Spanish MAPP (Mutual Aid Parenting Program)
Offered in partnership with London Middlesex Children's Aid Society. This weekly program is facilitated in Spanish to provide support families with children of all ages.
